- Hydra Defense Cream: My last cream had a different color and texture, you changed the recipe?
In accordance with our Clean Care philosophy, we do without many additives, including dyes and some consistency factors. This means that after opening the cream will change its color and its feel and texture over time. The yellow color comes from the oxidation and contact with oxygen, in other words, the cream becomes darker after opening - and maybe a bit more liquid. However, this is a sign of their quality and in no way affects their effectiveness.

Our products meet the highest standards and contain a variety of potent active ingredients. Therefore, we would like to give you some instructions for use in advance:
Smell: Our products are perfumed with natural essential oils, so that the natural odor of the active ingredients may be perceptible. This will be different than usual. It is about cosmetic skin care and our care products shouldn't compete with perfume. The fragrance is therefore designed in such a way that the inherent odor of the ingredients it contains disappears after a few minutes.
Skin changes: Long-term effects only appear after a few weeks due to the skin, as the skin must first renew itself and remove the old flakes of skin. The product therefore needs up to 4 weeks in use to develop its optimal effect.g.
Feelings of tension: Slight irritations and feelings of tension can occur in the first three days of use. This is normal and results from theSkin adheres to the product and the high concentration of the active ingredients it contains have to get used to and adjust.
In none of our products you will find: petrochemicals, artificial fragrances, silicones, synthetic colors, PEG-based polymers, sodium lauryl sulfate, nitrosamine sources, parabens, glycols, paraffins, diethanolamine DEA, triethanolamine TEA and no polycyanoacrylates. Changes in color of the Timeshift Serum are the result of the reaction of the serum with oxygen after opening. Since we deliberately do not use any artificial coloring, this is a visible process due to the preservation and reaction used with its environment. The quality and effect of the product are not influenced in any way.
- Timeshift Serum: application and frequency
The Timeshift Anti Aging Serum can be used up to twice a day. Please use a moisturizer with every application to add extra moisture to the skin.
The serum can be applied and applied before the Hydra Defense Cream - or you mix 2 - 3 pumps of the serum with a few pumps of the Hydra Defense Cream and apply the mixture evenly in one go. The serum is designed for the entire face, including the eye area.
