In order to ensure that the order is shipped quickly, incoming orders are immediately processed and unfortunately cannot be modified.

We process all orders within 24 hours on weekdays and then hand them over to our shipping partners. Delivery within Germany usually takes place within 48 hours. The delivery time within other European countries depends on the local delivery service.

Goods sent by post have a delivery time of 4-5 days within Germany. Product samples are sent by post.

Cancellation is possible by sending a revocation to you@soberberlin.com . If the order has already been fulfilled, it can be returned via our returns portal under the Returns link.

When you leave the shopping cart for checkout, you have the opportunity to redeem a voucher or gift card using the printed code on the following page. The respective discount is displayed immediately and deducted from the total amount.

Yes. We protect transactions in every possible way. Our online shop will send a confirmation by email a few minutes after we receive your order. If no confirmation has been received, please contact our customer service.

Unfortunately, subsequent billing is not possible because your payment is made immediately upon completion of the order, so that we can ship the ordered products immediately.

We offer the opportunity to use a variety of payment methods according to personal preference. We offer Klarna payment on account, Klarna installment purchase, PayPal, Amazon Pay, credit cards (MasterCard and Visa) and Apple Pay as payment methods.

The address for each shipment to a packing station must be specified as follows ( for post offices, the street name is "Post Office") :

1. Street name = Packstation

2. House number = the packing station number or branch number

3. Company name = the postal number (customer identification number)

4. Postal code = the regular postal code of the packing station

5. City = the city in which the packing station is located

After the order is placed, we will send an email with a tracking number. This can be used to track the status of the delivery at any time with the respective shipping service provider.

Exception: samples and small goods that are sent by post.
