We process all orders on weekdays within 24 hours and then hand them over to our shipping partners. The delivery then takes place within Germany usually within 48 hours. The delivery time within other European countries depends on the local delivery service.
Goods sent by post have a delivery time of 4-5 days within Germany. Product samples are sent by post.

The address for each shipment to a Packstation must be specified as follows ( for post offices the street name is"Postfiliale"):
1. Street name=Packstation
2. House number=the packing station number or branch number
3. Company name=the post number (identification number of the customer)
4. Post code=the regular post code of the packing station
5. City=the city in which the Packstation is located
After ordering, we will send an email with a tracking number. With this, the status of the delivery can be tracked at any time with the respective shipping service provider.
